With its rapid business development, naked Hub has ambitious plans in China and the Asia region with the aim to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China in 2017. In accordance with this fast growth, We are now looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, individual to become a part of the naked Hub team as Marketing & Communications Executive to work with us on our launch and expansion of naked Hub in Hong Kong.

The Executive will provide the support and take initiative for the strategies to be executed with quality, service, enthusiasm, a collaborative approach and high professional standards. Forward thinking and creative, the ideal candidate will be infusing their unique personality and creative initiatives to shape the brand in this new market.

Responsibilities:

? Work with Head of Marketing and Communications to develop overall marketing plan and marketing campaigns
? Co-ordinate social media strategies that is in line with the respective hubs with Digital Agency, HQ and Head of MarComms.
? Coordinate with HQ on our websites with updated information
? Coordinate ‘hubber’ content, arranging interviews and editing content to fit into brand templates
? Working closely with community heads to learn more about hubbers and how we can leverage on co-marketing initiatives
? Coordinating and curating neighborhood guides
? Support in developing marketing material and collateral e.g. copywriting (English and Chinese), sourcing, design
? Ensure all content and communication reflects our brand identity and the respective properties’ brand identity.
? Collaborator/Partner relations to leverage on networks and build brand awareness
? Support in collating bi-weekly and monthly internal marketing communications and reports
? Update and maintain press materials, coverage and contacts
? Work with, and maintain a good relationship with our network of collaborators and partners
? Handle incoming enquiries (general and media) relating to our properties
? Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties e.g. managing contact databases, managing shared drive content, research, travel arrangements

Requirements:

? At least 2 years of relevant experience
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to come up with marketing ideas proactively and creatively
? Self-motivated and able to multi-task, with a sense of ownership
? Proficient in PC application e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel
? Graphic design skills to create e-fliers, presentations, and newsletters
? Experience in working with CMS, Google Analytics, Digital tools, Social Media account Management
? Fluent in English and Cantonese
