Role & Responsibilities

·Lead and manage technical trainer team ·Analysis dealership technical training needs ·Set up & develop annual technical training curriculum and programs according to dealer technical training needs, such as new dealer tech entry program, technician certification program, special programs, etc ·Monitor and improve technical training delivery quality ·Functional support to other departments ·Control annual technical training budget & expenditure ·Raise related technical training report

Skills, experience and qualifications required

Qualifications and experience required: ·5+ years experiences in automotive dealer technical training development & delivery ·5+ year experience in training management ·At least 1-3 year working experiences in automotive workstation ·Related automotive technical bachelor's degree a minimum ·Experienced in dealer technical training is required Personnel Qualification: ·Self motivated, disciplined, open mind, team work mindset, customer service driven, responsible ·Skills to communication ·Ability to multitask and set priorities, with attention to details and accuracy ·Skills in Microsoft office software ·Excellent oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin
