Role & Responsibilities

The Role & Key Responsibilities: ·Create, implement and own the strategic framework for sponsorship activity in the China NSC. ·Oversee the evaluation, negotiation and management of sponsorship contracts. ·Ensure the optimum leverage of sponsorship assets for lead generation, brand/product communications and media awareness. ·Manage and direct sponsored events in the China market. ·Work with the UK to maintain global sponsorship partnerships. ·Create and own brand partnerships - development of mutually beneficial third party relationships that ultimately. deliver lead generation and brand awareness to new audiences.

Skills, experience and qualifications required

Skills, experience and qualifications required: ·Bachelor degree essential, MBA desired. ·Ideally two years in a sponsorship role. ·Strong business acumen and leadership credibility in dealing with external commercial organisations and agencies. ·Excellent influencing skills with both internal and external customers. ·Awareness and preferably experience of mainstream marketing disciplines and PR. ·Strong strategic planning, implementation and project management skill set. ·Self motivated, independent, able to take initiatives and drive change. ·Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Mandarin and English. ·Familiar with Microsoft office software.
