职位描述:
1. Responsible for new business development and existing customer management, for key strategic accounts assigned
2. Form solid account plan for all assigned strategic accounts and report the execution progress routinely.
3. Establish and lead quarterly or monthly business review process for VIP customers.
4. Build and maintain good and beneficial relationship on key-client base to exploit needs & business opportunities.
5. Fuel China revenue growth through identifying and closing national opportunities by leveraging existing businesses, existing customers, as well as new prospects, in aspects of new business acquisition, cross selling and customer development, Margin / Profit development, to support continuous Key-Customer penetration.
6. Act as a contact and works collaboratively with other function team across China, to ensure fulfilment of service contract requirements to customers. Monitor contract amendments and support sales process to ensure a successful closure.
7. Manage non-routine contractual or business correspondence in support of the key-client service. And proactively communicate with senior management and customer service if meet any problem, and work with necessary team to solve it a.s.a.p.
8. Lead both storage & solution sales efforts for strategic accounts
9. Understand on customer’s challenges and requirements, developing fit-to-propose solution sales plans.
10. Ensure sales compliance process including contract management, uprate, sales performance tracking.
11. Facilitate knowledge sharing, and initiate growth and capability development initiatives in the country.
12. Actively participates in industry groups and events.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor Degree is required.
2. 5 years (or above) face-to-face direct sales role, Proven Key Account development and mainteance tracking records preferred.
3. Logistics warehousing or 3rd-party service business background is a plus.
4. Knowledge of key industry players.
5. Outstanding ability to understand business problems.
6. Very strong consultative selling skills and experience.
7. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in team-collaborative circumstances.
8. Ability to develop and deliver presentations and verbal communications to diverse groups.
9. Strong determination and motivation to lead succeed and inspire.
10. Strong ability to interpret Sales reports and analysis.
11. IT or Project management knowledge/experience a plus.
12. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin with the ability to clearly express a business solution
13. Ok to travel across China for business meetings, 10-20% each month
薪资架构:月基本工资+佣金
