? Supply Chain Manager

Task & Responsibilities
? Implement group supply chain guideline, policy, process.
? Implement group category management strategy & sourcing solution, responsible for decentralized categories’ supplier evaluation, selection, management, sourcing solution’s set-up, implementation, and continuous improvement, in order to ensure reasonable cost & continuous reduction.
? Operate the daily procurement activities (Purchasing planning, Ordering, delivery tracking, etc.) to meet direct materials & indirect spend’ requirements on time.
? Coordinate other related department, to drive inventory reduction & materials turns improvement.
? Responsible for field management & daily operation of warehouse, ensure accuracy of inventory data.
? Supplier chain KPI objective’s realization and improvement.
? Manage (establish / record / maintain / update) Supplier profile, RFQ files, Biding documents, Purchasing contract, approved PR & PO, documents of stock in / out, inventory list, etc.
? Supply chain related System & tools implementation & utilization (ERP, BISM, ISMS, Seamless purchasing platform etc.)
? Supply chain related data management (establish / collection, maintain, update and statistical analysis), and regular reporting.
? Supervise team members’ daily working, and control expense of supply chain team.
? Other related jobs assigned by superior management.


Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? 5+ years of experience in manufacturing purchasing or supply chain, 2+ years of experience in team leader’s role.
? Well understand the logic of MRP running, experienced in ERP application.
? Skillful of MS office utilization（especially Excel）is necessary
? Engineering education background is preferable
? Good communication capability and excellent sense of teamwork
? English reading & writing is preferable
? Practical and rigorous working style, Initiative and responsible, and good logic thinking.

? 集团供应链管理制度、政策、流程的执行。
? 负责集团整合集采战略、方案的执行，并负责非集团集采品类的供应商评选与管理、采购方案的制定与实施并持续优化，以确保采购成本的合理及持续降低。
? 负责公司日常需求的直接材料或间接物资及服务的采购操作（采购计划、订单操作、跟踪准时交货、等），以确保采购需求得以准时的满足。
? 协同相关兄弟部门，降低公司库存、提高周转率。
? 负责仓库的现场及日常操作管理，及库存数据的准确性。
? 负责公司的供应链管理相关KPI绩效的目标实现、持续提高。
? 负责供应商文件资料、询报价、标书、采购合同、采购需求单据、采购订单、出入库单据、存货明细清单、等文件的管理（建立、记录、维护、更新管理）。
? 供应链管理相关系统（如：BISM、ISMS、ERP、Seamless Flow）的实施、应用。
? 负责公司供应链相关数据的管理（建立/收集、维护、更新、统计分析），及供应链相关报告的提交。
? 督导、管理下属成员的日常工作；并负责供应链管理部门的日常费用的控制。
? 上级安排的其他相关工作。

岗位要求
? 5年以上制造业采购或供应链工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验。
? 熟知MRP运行逻辑，并具有ERP的操作经验。
? 熟练的计算机相关办公软件（尤其Excel）应用。
? 大学本科学历,工科专业教育背景优先。
? 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
? 英文读写能力优先。
? 工作风格踏实、严谨，责任心强，并具备良好的思维逻辑。
