1.积极完成与指定关键客户群的合作,尤其是建筑设计公司,房地产公司,项目管理公司,大型合作终端用户及政府。
2. 开发途径:
a. 互联网
b. 收集信息并拓展信息
c. 和销售经理、全球大客户经理一起发展与设计、建筑公司的合作及联盟。
d. 发展并参与HUMANSCALE服务和产品的介绍
3.以产品服务项目的理念做销售推广演讲介绍。
4.通过为客户的演示介绍来提供适合客户的产品的解决方案并支持humanscale产品的发展的战略。
5.通过积极工作来掌握市场信息,包括对手产品信息,对手的市场活动,行业趋势,未来的项目。
6.和销售团队合作紧密来达成销售业绩

职位要求

1. 大学本科学历并有1到3年的销售或市场营销经验。
2. 有办公家具或相关行业工作经验的优先考虑。
3. 欢迎海外应届或已毕业留学生加入。

Senior Sales

Job Purpose
Hunt, identify, qualify and develop new business for assigned accounts in contribution towards the established sales quota for the area of responsibility.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Fill the “sales funnel” for the assigned territory and close deals by actively targeting key client groups -- especially Architect & Design Firms, Real Estate, Project Management, large corporate end users and government.
2. Methods to include:
a. networking
b. gathering information and tracking leads
c. working with SM/GSM to develop strategic alignment programs with select A&D and other key indirect accounts
d. developing and taking part in “Haworth capabilities” and product presentations
3. Develop Sales Presentation strategies based on “product for project” concepts.
4. Conduct sales presentations to customers and offer products/solutions that meet client’s expectation and support Haworth product development strategy.
5. Actively work to gain market intelligence, including information on competitive products, competitors’ market activity, industry trends, future projects etc.
6. Work closely with sales operations team to complete the sales cycle.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. University degree with a minimum of 1-3years of sales and/or marketing experience
2. Experience working in the office furniture or related industry preferred
3. And also welcome foreign graduates or graduated studentsBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
