职位描述：
Responsibility：
- To provide customer service support and handle basic CIB customer inquiries
- To provide analytical and documentation support in processing credit applications
- To provide management support by preparing management and business reports where required
- Handle customer enquiries as well as preparing respective reports
- Prepare financial spreadsheets and facility letter to customers
- Provide general clerical assistance including typing, faxing, inputting, filing, etc. as required
- Provide administration support to Relationship Mgr in opening, closing, debiting, crediting, correcting errors, and constantly liaising with the ops dept.. Ensuring adherence to prevailing laws and banking regulations.

Requirement：
- At least Bachelor Degree, prefer Finance/Economic discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking field or Financial Institution preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Result and customer-oriented
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressures
- Proficiency in MS office, including in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Positive attributes to Teamwork
