The Role:
Act as point of contact for customers reaching out for support for applications/ Exchange Server/ SharePoint Server within the business environment. Utilize knowledge articles and tools to provide resolution. Escalate basis Standard operating procedure to L2 or SMEs for formal resolution to application related reported issues.


Key Responsibilities:

? Takes end to end Ownership of End User Issues until resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements.
? Advanced “how to” application support for end-users and End-user training support
? Account rights issues for resolution by application security
? End-user requests for ad-hoc reporting and data extractions
? Call out concerns or issues on application to analytics team for trending and reporting.


Skills and Capabilities Required:
? Excellence in Mandarin communication skills, both written and oral.
? 3 to 5 years’ experience
? Graduation - preferably Bachelor of Science (Computer Science), Bachelor of Engineering.
? 1-2 prior experience in IT Service Desk Level1/2 support or end user support
? Trainings and/or certifications on SQL/Oracle, SAP and /or any applications.
? Exposure to technologies specified Key qualification section: Web technologies, Database support, Windows 2008/2012 Servers, SQL etc..,
