Principle Accountabilities

1 With at least 5 years of consultation/solution selling experience.

2 Have abundant customer relationship or banking industry working experience will be preferred.

3 Developing new business opportunities both in new customers and existing customers.

4 With sound records of business development experience.

5 Preparing corresponding custom solution proposals, sales quotations, sales contracts, and related documents based on different stage of sales cycle.

6 To achieve sales goal aggressively according to individual assignments.

7 To build up matured customer relationship and maintain close cooperation alliance with the assigned customers.

8 Driving and identifying customers' need.

9 Making face-to-face presentations.

10 Closing valid contracts.

11 Offering and organizing training to customers.

12 Involving customer usage stimulate initiatives.

13 Renewing contracts.

14 Maintaining customer relationship.

15 Conducting products orientation to new hires.

16 As a mentor to new hires.

Requirements:

1. Universities degree with finance background or famous foreign colleges/universities.

2. With 5 years working experience at least, being involved with solutions selling, especially for project based sales.

3. Basic level knowledge of credit management is required.

4. Excellent communication skill internally and externally.

5. Ability to cooperate with multiple levels of positions and with multiple divisions.

6. Good command of speaking and writing English.

7. PMP license holder will be a plus.
