Responsibility
? Lead and manage a R&D team with 5+ members
? Guide the R&D team to design best in class software architecture
? Manage R&D projects and deliver on time with highest quality
? Provide technical solution or advice for challenges during new product development and existing product upgrade
? Provide insight on large data computation

Qualification
? 7+ years software development experience with both JAVA or C++
? 3+ years experience to manage a software development team of 3+ people
? Records of problem solving ability in software development and algorithm development
? Passionate and able to work under pressure
? Willing to learn new techniques
? Media or research related R&D experience is a plus

Education/Training
? Bachelor or above degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics
