Job Location: For the first year in BeiJing and base location is Suzhou

Experience: above 5 years

Education: Required 3 or 4 years full time graduation

Job description:

1. Effectively manage the delivery of a project in accordance with the provided budget, scope, and timeframe while adhering to Customer's project management standards, reporting, and methodology.

2. The Customer's project management principles and methodology are based upon the Customer's PM++ project management standards.

These standards include documentation, reporting, issue management, stakeholder management, and communication.

3. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project delivery in accordance with the project schedule, maintaining at all times the standards set down for documentation, issue management, structure, and communication.

4. The Project Manager maintains overall responsibility for tracking and adhering to Customer's PM standards, as well as managing project issues via the project change management process.

5. The Project Manager is responsible for raising instances of non-compliance with the processes to the Customer's APMEA Project Owner and APMEA PMCoE Lead in a timely, actionable fashion.

6. Oftentimes, project delivery jointly rests between varying groups, where development responsibility lies with 3rd parties, and implementation responsibility lies with the local market team.

7. It is expected that the project manager will monitor, through project meetings, status reports, work plan monitoring, etc., the determination/resolution of any issues relating to accountability and responsibilities and report to the Project Owner and Project Steering Committee when the issue is likely to have a significant adverse impact on the success of the project delivery.

8. The Project Manager is expected to work with the individual teams to manage issues, and with the Customer's APMEA Project Owner to determine and deliver recommendations for resolution before the Steering Committee.

9. The Steering Committee is responsible for the recommended resolution of issues, however, issues impacting change in scope, funding, timeline and / or resources must be approved by the project Executive Leadership Team prior to implementation.

The Project Manager's main set of responsibilities include:

? Adherence and management of all projects in accordance with APMEA PM standards, structure and principles

? Create and maintain all necessary project documentation, following APMEA PM standards, including, but not limited to: o Project Charters o Requirements documents o Project Schedules o Project Status Reports o Project Scorecards o Risk Registers, Change Logs, Issue Logs, Decision Logs, Team Calendars o Lessons Learned & Project Post-Mortem Documentation o Meeting Minutes

? Review all documentation with Project Owner prior to sign-off

? Obtain approvals and signoff for documentation from Executive Leadership, as required

? Archive all project documentation in a Customer's approved, secure location, with availability to all project members & owner, as well as APMEA staff

? In consultation with APMEA Project Owner, create project baseline budget, schedule and resource plan

? Hold project resources accountable for delivery in accordance with project budget, schedule and scope, whilst delivering quality

? Lead Project Team Meetings; drive issues to resolution

? Document issues, actions, status, and resolutions for all meetings, distribute as required

? Track and maintain status of action items and issues; diligently follow up to resolution as needed

? In consultation with the APMEA Project Owner, be responsible for Stakeholder Management, and all Stakeholder Communications, following Customer's APMEA recommended structure and flow (Project Team, Steering Committee, Executive Leadership Team)

? Monitor and report budget and resources against plan to Project Owner, as well as in Project Scorecard (budget & resources will be determined in conjunction with the APMEA Project Owner)

? Maintain communication and alignment between all project stakeholders

? Follow the APMEA Change Management Process, escalating issues as needed to the APMEA Project Owner, Steering Committee and Executive Leadership Team

? Lead project post-mortems; participate in project review sessions

? PMs will be expected to update and maintain electronic status reporting on a consistent basis in accordance with Customer's APMEA PM++ standards

? Timely escalation and communication of any issues that arise with Customer's resources or adherence to PM standards to Project Owner and/or APMEA PMCoE Lead

? Serve as a project management expert & resource to the APMEA IT team, and to the Project Owner, ensuring APMEA process is adhered to

? Immediate escalation of any gaps or issues arising from the adherence to the process to the APMEA PMCoE Lead

? Participate in regularly scheduled conference calls with APMEA PMCoE Lead

Remain up to date on current Customer's APMEA PM processes, tools, and forms
