SAP Specialist (Business System Analysis)
Responsibilities:
？ Lead SAP China implementation project from the first start;
？ Co-work with group SAP experts, IT, and other local department representatives to make sure the project can be smoothly rolled out into China;
？ Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, forms, and other technical enhancements;
？ Execute finance and controlling process analysis;
？ Coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project initiation, requirement, design, build, validation, cutover and exit phases, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction;
？ Responsible for developing, conducting, and coordinating related training, full support local users in SAP and manage process optimizations;
？ Advocate best practice process redesign with relevant business partners;
？ As the team member of the Group Template team to provide feedback only;
？ Apply SAP expertise to identify and exploit new process improvement opportunities in the organization
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
？ Bachelor degree of computer or accounting related
？ +5 years SAP project experience with minimum 3 years of SAP finance & property work experience
？ Experience on SAP implementation project is a must
？ Ability to interpret, analyzes, and delivers business reports
？ Project management and consulting
？ Solid SAP integration knowledge of core modules (FICO, MM, SD,PP)
？ Strong project management skills
？ Excellent oral and written English communication skills
？ Effective group presentation skills for driving workshops, training, etc.
