Position Title: Asset Integrity IM Analyst
This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Key Job Responsibilities
Inspection Data Management:
This position provides all aspects of content management (electronic and hardcopy) support to the Chuandongbei Gas Project (CDB). The position works directly for the CDB Operations Asset Integrity group to execute policies, plans and procedures necessary to manage information for the Critical Asset Integrity equipment and systems. While the position works with the Asset Integrity team on a day to day basis it’s reporting structure is through Information Technology (IT).
Accurate and consistent maintenance of electronic and hardcopy records, such as, but not limited to; document type, subject, owner/originator, creation date and sensitivity.
Receive new information and records, and additions to existing records, and make appropriate database / log entries for tracking purposes.
Classify and control company information and records.
Expedite and track status of all information and records as required.
Primary coordinator of the Integrity Data Management System (Visions software).
Responsible for the effective transfer of equipment design information and documentation from CDB project information management systems to Visions.
Responsible for populating Visions with appropriate design and operating information, design drawings, and associated layout information.
Enter inspection data and reports into Integrity Data Management System. Create and generate integrity metrics and reports.

Asset Integrity training:
Assist in the development of data entry training and procedures for Visions IDMS.
Assist Information Management (IM) team in the evaluation of IM processes and procedures for CDB.
Provide support and assistance for the tools and technologies used by AIM, and provide technical guidance to CDB AIM.
Provide training as required to assure competency for all contractors and CDB workforce using Visions IDMS.

Process Safety Information Management:
Coordinate company and regulatory information management requirements (storage, access, and updating) in conjunction with the CDB IM document controllers and CDB standards.
Responsible for coordinating Process Safety Information (PSI) changes per the CDB Management of Change (MOC) process, working with the Operations FE group Process Engineers and MOC coordinator.
Coordinate and maintain process safety information for new projects as required.

General Translation/Interpretation:
Provide day-to-day oral and written Interpretation and translation for Nanba site FE Inspection group.
Provide oral translation for meetings/training sessions with National staff, government officials, contractors, and vendors.
Translate and review Facilities Engineering documents: equipment design documents, weekly reports, emails, inspections/audits, reports and other documentation as needed.
Provide quality control on interpretation of technical documents, working with FE Technical Assistants in Nanba and Chengdu

Job Requirements:
Written and oral communication in English required – CET level 6 minimum
Previous information and records management experience preferred
Previous experience in an Oil & Gas company preferred
Previous experience with an electronic document or content management system preferred
Knowledge of the types of Oil & Gas records preferred
Must have a methodical and well organized approach to the work environment
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels
Must have experience with working in an integrated team environment
Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities
Proactive thinker
Must possess a can do attitude & will do actions
Be able to receive constructive criticism for professional growth
Must be computer literate – including:
Having a working vocabulary of computer and information system components
Understanding fundamental principles of computer processing
Having a perspective for how non-technical people interact with technical people
Strong Working Knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment using the following:
