Position Title: Field Doctor
This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Primary and Emergency Care:
Provide preventive medical care services
Provide general primary medical care to onsite workforce inclusive of consultations, treatment, follow-ups and referrals
Provide medical case management for injuries and work related illnesses in field locations
Respond to emergencies to provide pre-hospital advanced first aid as well as trauma management as needed
Facilitate medical evacuations as required in consultation with Health and Medical Team Lead
Support medical referrals and escort medical evacuations
Participate in medical emergency drills
Ensure access to internal and external medical resources for workforce
Liaise with community health care provider resources as company representative, establish and maintain network of medical referral resources for workforce

Medical Administration:
Manages medical supplies inventory, equipment maintenance and periodic check.
Maintain and manage relevant medical records
Manage medical documentation in alignment with Data Privacy Chevron Requirements
Investigate medical resource facilities and medical treatment options and assist in health data collection and interpretation.

Health and Medical Programs and Processes:
Support the implementation of Wellness initiatives for the workforce
Provide Health Promotion and Wellness education to the workforce
Provide training in first aid and CPR to employees and contractors
Support the Substance Abuse program as well as Employee Assistance Program
Support workforce health profile monitoring, identification of health risks and development of mitigation strategies

Occupational Health Processes and Programs:
Support the implementation of Chevron occupational health standards and requirements
Provides occupational health services by reviewing medical data from company required occupational health medical surveillance programs and fitness for duty medical assessments.
Educate the workforce on occupational health related issues.
Provide and ensure general hygiene control for safe resources by supporting Health, Hygiene and Sanitation program inspections, education and training.

Job Requirements:
Must have a Medical Degree from a recognized Medical School and hold a valid license to practice in China
Prefer a minimum of 5 years work experience
Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine experience is preferred
Remote field or industrial environment work experience with an occupational health background is a bonus
Must have good communication skills with a strong command in English both speaking and writing
Good team work, proactive and responsible work attitude, ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline environment
Should be able to deliver training to workforce and provide health education
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required, ITLS(International Trauma Life Support) or ATLS(Advanced Trauma Life Support) preferred 举报 分享
