Requirements:
· Minimum 8 years of experience of which 3-5 years were in a managerial capacity or project management level
· With strong technical background in fashion industry, overseeing large size factory in Mainland.
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
· Excellent leadership and acquire strong interpersonal skills
· Station in China is required
Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for overall monitoring and technology development in manufacturing factory in China
· Liaise and collaborate with engineers and factory manager to achieve development objectives
· Lead a team of engineers and ensure smooth operation of the factory
· Mature, self-motivated, well organized, independent, responsible and willing to work under pressure
