职位描述：
Project Manager 项目经理

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Coordinate with Sales and Service team all related activities for both technical and commercial matters (budget cost).
2. Provide customers and prospective customers with all technical information and documentation and support Sales in all technical matters to be clarified on request of customer or for presentations.
3. Check with Sales quotations and Sales Contracts for technical correctness prior to hand over to customer.
4. Arrange for total order procurement from the purchase requisition. All technical clarifications with customer and other companies involved, issue binding line layout and installation schedule, arrangements for shipment and delivery to customer, installation and commissioning until final hand over to customer. Coordinate during that time with Sales and Service actions required.
5. Control project budget and arrange for any matters exceeding the budget with superior or Sales for clarification and settlement with customer and follow up all necessary arrangements, i.e. ordering of additional equipment, involving subcontractors, etc.
6. Keep Engineering, Sales, Service and other relative function department informed about project progress through memo’s / reports and ensure that all matters discussed with customer or other companies involved are confirmed in writing.
7. Ensure that all relevant project schedule are controlled and keep in timeline.
8. Execute special task i.e. central documentation, technical information, etc.
9. Driving project management operation from initiating phase, kick-off meeting with sales together in customer site (design institute, end user..etc) in particular to solve the issues, ensure project technical level in front of client and manage claims.
10. Improve project execution quality with projects risks analysis; contingencies plan preparation, maximized client satisfaction.
11. Any pre-order and post-order support requirement from sales and service team.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

1. Professional Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
2. At least 5-8 years of experience in the field of Engineering and Project Management
3. Firm in using AutoCAD to issue drawings, line layouts, documentation, etc.
4. Good command of commercial Chinese and technical English
5. Good interpersonal skill and service minded
6. Willing to travel
7. Adaptable to working longer hours in certain situations
8. Analytical Thinking
