1、Equip adequate knowledge in terms of company products and related application, responsible for local market education.熟悉掌握公司产品以及相关系统应用知识,向当地市场用户宣传并讲解公司产品以及应用;
2、Manage the distribution network in local market, support the distributors with sales activities to fulfill the Company regional sales target. 负责当地市场经销商网络的管理维护,并协助开展相关业务,完成区域销售目标;
3、Develop the market in accordance with the Company business strategy. 根据公司制定的经销商政策及发展策略,开发适合品牌发展的经销商;
4、Draft appropriate business development plan for local market. 设立合理的市场拓展计划;
5、Keeping track of the distributors sales activities from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of the sales targets. 负责对经销商销售进度进行实时跟踪,推进销售目标的达成;
6、Develop the relationship with local building developers / design companies / installation companies and follow up with key projects. 拓展并维护与开发商、设计院、工程公司的关系,跟进与服务采暖工程项目;
7、Obtain and keep update with local market information and report to Company promptly. 充分掌握所管辖区的市场信息及客户动态,及时向公司汇报沟通;
8、Other assigned duties from Company managers. 其它公司管理层授予的工作职责;
Qualification 任职资格
1、College degree or above; 专科及以上学历,市场营销、采暖或制冷等相关专业;
2、3+ years business experience in related industry (experience in heating/air conditioning/ventilation industry is a plus); 3年以上销售行业工作经验,有采暖/空调/通风等相关销售工作经验者优先;
3、Abundant market resource and familiar with local business contacts, proved capability to develop key accounts and excelent sales record; 具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,有开发大客户的能力与可考证的优秀业绩;
4、Sensitive to market dynamics, Good personality and negotiation skills. Capability to maintain and further develop good customer relationship; 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
5、Responsible for business and leadership skill; 有较强的事业心,具备一定的领导能力。
