Job Role
Details
PO Processing
Run weekly MRP & and obtain manual approval for PO conversion.
Raise manual PR for all stock ordering for requestor
Convert back to back orders to PO
Send PO to supplier
Receive order acknowledgement and update details in SAP
Weekly backlog/sales report update
Provide order status on every line orders and update backlog report. Need to go into every material aging report & PO to check on the total inventory & do manual allocation prior to updating data and provide status of the orders
Manual tabulation of order fulfillment for both CS’s forecast & Salesman’s forecast
Orders follow up
Discuss with vendors and negotiate for OTD
Update ex-fty date into SAP system
Shipment Management
Arrange shipment for all orders upon ETD with forwarders and work closely with both vendors & forwarders for shipment booking & arrangement, & arrange delivery to destination
Checking of commercial invoice & shipping documents for custom clearance & GST declaration.
Create inbound documents in SAP
Reject material
Return material processing to supplier including PO processing
General procurement
Sourcing, vendor management & work coordination
Dispute resolution
Daily PO revision & dispute resolutions – damage shipment, order revision, pricing error, parts error, etc
Incoming dispute and warehouse’s managed inventory dispute
Payment process
Vetting of freight forwarder invoices for payment processing
Reports
Generate DDR reports & Open Purchase order follow up
Generate & prepare monthly Spend, Savings, Inventory Aging, Shipment, month end reports, PPV, etc
Sales forecast consolidation to factory
Management reporting
Daily savings tracking & monthly consolidation
General procurement spend & savings tracking
Material productivity spend & savings tracking
SAP System Management
SAP dispute resolution & system support in procurement (MM) module
SAP Material Master, Info Records & Source List creation & update
Others
Inventory management, audit, meetings, ACE, adhoc reports, training, RFQ & supplier management


Degree in Supply chain Management or Certified Supply chain professional
· working experiences in handling full procurement process
· teamworking and interpersonal skills
· excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
· numeracy skills and proficiency using SAP system
· good organisation skills and the ability to multitask
