HR Administration and Reporting 人力资源管理和报告:
To maintain and secure an efficient and effective personnel administration in line with legal requirements and HR policies to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to all stakeholders and to identify potential improvements of any HR related activity.
按照法律法规和HR政策的要求,在分公司层面维持高效有效的人事行政管理,以确保所有的相关人员能够得到及时准确的信息,识别并实施相关的改进措施。
* Ensure personnel and other HR data is gathered, analysed and reported to HR and Management within own entity in a consistent and effective way.
确保所有的人事管理信息和数据以持续有效的方式被充分收集、分析和汇报给相关的管理层。
* Ensure personnel and other HR data is analysed to identify and implement potential improvements.
确保对人事管理和其他HR数据进行分析,以确认和实施相关的改进措施。
* Maintain and secure an efficient and effective personnel administration in line with Divisional Guidelines and Local Legal Requirements.
配合公司总部的指导方针和当地的法律法规,持续而有效地维护人事管理数据和信息。
* Compile and submit the related HR reports when requested and support Head Office on data consolidation and analysis when necessary(e.g. monthly MBR, monthly HC report, monthly training report, etc.).
在必要时汇编并递交相关的HR报告,以支持总部对相关数据收集和分析的需求(例如:月度MBR,月度员工人数报
告,月度培训报告等)。

Effective Communication 有效沟通:
* Communicate and monitor clear individual performance objectives and service standards.
对员工的个人绩效目标和服务水平进行定期的沟通和监督
* Create a positive and collaborative team environment by setting and regularly reviewing the achievement of team goals.

* Facilitate team meetings and other two-way communication forums.

* Prepare and lead formal or informal meetings with Employees to learn their requirements and development needs.

* To implement, co-ordinate and promote various projects or programs at local level so as to reinforce the company values (e.g.: WTW)
