- Participate to develop a lean manufacturing road map for each partner and drive the implementation.
参与并为各合资公司规划精益生产方向并推动精益活动的实施
- Provide training and coaching on lean tools such as structured problem solving, VSM, kaizen etc. to partners and also to CPN engineering colleagues
向合资公司及CPN技术团队提供精益生产工具,如系统化问题解决,VSM,kaizen等的培训和指导
- Lead the cross functional teams to work on Lean /6 Sigma/5S project initiation;
带领各部门贯彻落实LEAN要求/6西格玛体系/5S项目体系
- Meet the objectives of Lean MFG and other projects and provide the reporting necessary to sustain the partners commitment to lean;
满足精益生产及其它项目的目标,并提供必要的汇报,来支持合资公司对精益生产的承诺
- Work together closely with each working group, to continuously improve the processes in plant;
与各部门人员紧密配合，不断完善工作流程
- Drive delivery of improvement objectives agreed by the management,
推动经管理层批准的改善目标的及时有效交付
- Coordinate the Danyang lean approach with corporate approaches such as LIFE and SIMPLIFEYE
使丹阳合资公司精益方针与公司精益方针保持一致,如LIFE和SIMPLIFEYE
- Fulfill other subjects requested by the management level.
