职位描述

Objective of job

• Support Regional Director in developing new dealerships in the region according to the Network Development masterplan by following the established Dealer Selection and Establishment Processes.

• Enhance competences of dealers in respective areas according to MB standards, retail strategy, processes and policies.

• Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor KPI s with a view of improving productivity and profitability within the district.

• Coordinate all projects as assigned by MBCL headquarter in Beijing from time to time.

• Conduct on regular basis competitor analysis on sales channels and business model in his/her district

Dealer Selection

• Participate in mapping out the draft of network development masteplan together with central colleagues according to MBCL’s business strategy. (C)

• Conduct site visit and complete site visit reports before DSR I. (S)

• Conduct DSR I Scoring with central colleagues. (C)

• Organize and conduct dealer interviews in DSR II. (C)

• Coordinate CDD issue of proposed investors after DSR II. (C)

Dealer Establishment

• Steer new dealer in establishment process, coordinate with other departments in MBCL, BBAC and external contractors to ensure successful passing of Pre-Opening Compliance Check (POCC) on or before the date stipulated in MOU. (S)

• Monitor new dealership construction/relocation/upgrade /renovation projects in the region by fully observing the DCAG Autohause architecture guidelines; working with KAB and TJPM, and check and follow up on action plans with dealers (S)

• Coordinate Compliance Due Diligence (CDD) issues for the new MB dealership after MoU. (C)

• Coordinate POCC training participation and Assessment Center (AC) with dealers. (C)

• Support DMS launch for the new dealers before POCC. (P)

• Coordinate POCC with BBAC/dealers, check Dealer Standards compliance, propose confirmation of POCC appointment and arrange other logistics. (S)

• Coordinate dealer agreement sign-off with new dealers after POCC. (C)

Dealer Development & Management

• Conduct regular dealer visit and complete report, trouble shooting, ad-hoc support and consulting, update dealer profiles. (S)

• Identify dealer performance issues and examine causes based on business management reports including ORAR and Risk Management. (S)

• Use KPIs to develop and agree on action plans with dealer, follow up on corrective action. (S)

• Coach dealers to learn and apply related PIR tools and BM reports. (C)

• Coach and provide consultancy to dealers to implement Dealer Standards based on knowledge and experience gained through participation in Dealer Standard Audit (DSA). Assist dealer to handle DSA issues including self-assessment and exemptions before DSA, appeals and action plan follow-ups after DSA . (S)

• Discuss and confirm ND related TA with dealers. Obtain sign-off from dealers. Track ND target performance regularly and push dealers to fulfil the target. (S)

• Translate corrective measures into action plan to improve SSI & CSI. (C)

• Aggregate dealer communication feedback at the regional level. (S)

• Reporting of potential new market areas for establishment of new outlets

Qualification required

o Education

University degree and/or above


O Experience

3-5 years in business development of related industry

Successful proven record in project management


O Specific Knowledge

Understanding of automobile industry particularly in retail network development/ retail operation

Project management

Fluent in Mandarin, English

Interpersonal skills
