岗位职责：
1）  Mainly responsible for the assistant of GM and Vice-GM.
主要作为总经理和副总经理的助理
2）  English and Chinese Translation, including oral, document and meeting translation
总经理中英文翻译，包括口语、书面文件翻译及会议纪要
3)  Coordinate and support GM and Vice-GM’s schedule and meeting arrangements
协调和支持总经理和副总经理的日程和会议安排
3）  To be in charge of the general service department, including office administration, general service SOP draft and implementation etc;
负责部门相关工作，包括办公室管理、一般服务SOP起草和实施等;
4）  To assist the GM and Vice-GM to handle the external and internal affairs
协助总经理副总经理处理公司内外部事务
5）Other tasks and responsibilities arranged by the GM or Vice-GM.

任职要求：
1） Bachelor Degree or above, majored in related disciplines;
本科及以上学历
2） 2 years working experience in administration and foreign company is priority;
2年相关行政工作经验及外企经验优先
3） Good written and oral English;
    流利的英文口语及写作能力
4）  Good communication skills, proactive and dynamic, initiative and drive;
    良好的沟通技能，积极主动、外向
5）  Good at Microsoft Office
