Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
?a. Sells the full range of IMS products and services within assigned accounts and territory to achieve assigned revenue goal.
?b. Keep the area sales team compliance with sales management processes such as SFDC, opportunity and call planning, forecast and key account planning.
?c. Based on long term relationship with client, acts as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IMS product and consulting capabilities.
?d. Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with IMS marketing, consulting, and/or client services staff, develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues.
?e. Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s).
?f. Typically interfaces with marketing, market research and IT at the executive level in existing and prospective client(s).
?g. Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities.
?h. Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with Account Director and Client Services management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
?i. Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.
?j. Mentors less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management and negotiations skills.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
?a. Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of seven (7) years directly related experience.
?b. Extensive and expert knowledge of IMS offerings and customer account management.
?c. Typically reports to: Dir, CO, China
?d. Annual revenue scope (If applicable) $M: >1- 2 Million USD
?e. Strong Key Account Management and Servicing Skills.

?g. Strong Organizational Skills/Manage Multiple Priorities.
?h. Strong Analytical/Problem Solving Skills.
