The Role:
The IT Client Service Technician is responsible for end user support, IT Desktop equipment maintenance, and IT Account management, etc.

- Provide daily IT technical support to end users inside our company.
- Maintain, manage and troubleshoot user end IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts in varies of IT Systems.
- Provide support to other IT Groups when required.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- Communication skills to global IT teams and our customers.
- Professional IT knowledge and skills in user end equipment, both of hardware and software.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
- Previous IT working experience in foreign venture.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT field.
