Title: Head of Sales 销售总监
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with CEO to plan and manage national sales strategy and plan; to build up sales team; supervising regional sales managers.
与CEO共同制定销售总战略,组建销售团队,管理区域销售经理。
Sales Director Job Duties:
?Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results. 实施市场策略,确定年度总利润计划;分析行业趋势。
?Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.确立销售目标,预测并制定区域年度销售指标;使现有产品和新上市的产品达到预期销售量。
?Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.制定销售总方案和区域销售计划。
?Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. 关注市场供给,需求,行业趋势,经济指标和竞争对手,维持销售量和产品结构。
?Analyze online and offline sales channels, collect and analyze market data. 了解线上线下渠道,统计分析市场数据,并制作数据报告。
?Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. 根据成本,竞争对手和市场供给与需求来确定并调整产品的售价。
?Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.管理销售团队并达到销售经营要求,跟进工作结果。
?Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.?招募新人,组织培训,维持部门人员稳定。
?Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. 带领销售团队完成工作,对团队的工作结果进行检验和评估。
?Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.参加培训,自主阅读,学习专业知识和技能,建立人脉和行业人际资源。
?Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 发展团队合作精神。
Sales Director Skills and Qualifications:
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning,
Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets,
Staffing, Good English, Managing experiences, online and offline marketing experiences are preferred. Experiences on consumer products are preferred.
