Job Description:

The 3rd Party Compliance Specialist will assist in developing, implementing and executing the company's corporate 3rd party management program in Greater China (including HK, Macau and Taiwan). And incorporate compliance policies into our day-to-day standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage the auditing and monitoring program.

1. Support the daily work of 3rd Party Compliance Officer
2. Review and process the new 3rd party submission. Communicate with US compliance team and local applicants on data provided for due diligence, progress of the assessment and any queries regarding to the program.
3. Oversee and track the completion status of compliance training, compliance certificate and work with Legal Counsel on the 3rd party agreement.
4. Conduct regular review of the existing 3rd parties, such as 3rd party information, financial transactions, etc.
5. Maintain the 3rd party database.
6. Coordinate compliance training to business, assist to prepare training materials, and conduct some basic training session.

Education:
Bachelor degree or greater degree preferred.

Competencies:
1. Knowledge & experience with legal or finance
2. Good in English both verbal and written, and computer skill
3. Detail oriented, quick learning skill, systematic and efficient approach to work
4. Exhibit strong analytical skills and an understanding of operational processes
5. Good interpersonal skills to enable effective and influential internal and external contacts
6. Exhibits good presentation skills with large and small audiences.
