SUMMARY

Supporting planning team and internal customers purchase request, communicating with suppliers and confirm delivery schedule. Arrange transportation and custom clearance working with 3Rd party logistics and I/E company. Make sure purchase material is satisfied the compliance and QA's qualification and finish warehouse team good receiving operation.




ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Job Functions

· Establish and Maintain suitable relationship with supplier

· Tracing quality of goods and coordinate to purchase related problems.

· Process purchase order, include confirm delivery schedule, collect document and track of transportation status etc.

· Support commercial team and planning team for implement special purchase activity;

· Coordinate Warehouse team to finish purchase goods receiving operation;

· Maintain relationship with 3rd logistics and I/E company.

· Operate ERP system and ensure the accuracy of information;

· Take part in SOP meeting and other supply chain team related affair.

REQUIREMENTS

Travel


Education
University graduate;

Licenses/Certifications
Trade or logistics major preferred.

Experience
Logistics or trade experience.

Technical requirements
· Strong customer focus;

· Basic knowledge on import and export;

· 2 years relative working experience;

· Excellent English both in oral and written;

· Good manner, Good inter-personal skills and a good team player;

· Good knowledge on SCM and ERP and Microsoft Office.
