Crown is now recruiting for Corporate Services Manager (Logistics) to be based in our Shenzhen Office.
As Corporate Services Manager, you will manage our Corporate Services efforts liaising with corporate clients, and seeking opportunities to develop new business across the breadth of the Crown product line in assigned territory, effectively communicating all service offerings to diverse prospective stakeholders; You will coordinate RFIs and RFPs, and develop business plans to maximise Crown’s penetration of target accounts, executing a consultative sale approach focused on building long-term relationships for the company, analyzing selling situations and tailoring solutions to meet them. This role also involves working closely alongside our operations teams on service delivery and keeping abreast of developments in our other lines of business in order to capitalize on cross selling opportunities. In addition, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to network within the expatriate community and attend company sponsored events. We would love to hear from you if you:

Requirements:
? University graduated is required
? are a results-driven individual with a successful track record in new business development
? are able to effectively communicate and build relationships with customers from all nationalities and are confident in social and business networking situations
? have excellent presentation skills and self motivation
? have a combination of great interpersonal skills and persistence whilst being detail oriented and organized with a strong focus on quality customer service
? are a strategic thinker with long term planning abilities which you have the drive and determination to implement
? sales experience specify in Logistics Industry is preferred
? have the ability to work collaboratively
? have good computer skills, such as MSOffice Suites, which would be a definite advantage
? frequent traveling is required
