职位描述：
1、熟悉消防主管部门办理工程开工行政许可、竣工行政许可手续，使工程快速、顺利开工，客户按时入驻；（懂得看图纸,熟悉相关国家建筑设计规范、保准）
2、与消防主管部门、建设主管部门等建筑行政主管部门保持良好的合作关系；
3、熟悉建筑行政主管部门办理资质证书申请、年审、变更等相关手续；
4、熟悉建筑企业档案管理手册的申请、年检、变更相关手续；
5、按季度上报建筑行政主管部门生产经营情况报表；
6、随时关注建设主管部门网站发布的通知、公告；
7、随时关注消防主管部门新发布的通知、制度；
8. 在建设主管部门办理相关工程报建程序，合法取得工程开工证书；
9、每年按照建设主管部门相关要求办理企业档案管理手册的年度评审工作；
10、负责下属人员的思想、业务培训，开展职业道德、外事纪律、法制观念的教育，使所有员工适应市场经济的快速发展。

任职资格：
1、具有工民建、建筑学、建筑管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、具有5年以上建筑装饰行业工程管理经验；有办公装饰经验者优先；
3、了解和熟悉行业工程标准规范；
4、要有较强的社交和沟通能力；
5、熟练操作Office办公软件，有一定英文基础。
