Responsibilities:

* Provide clients with efficient and professional services in executive search and recruitment.

* Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment;

* Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;

* Candidate interview and write the report to client;

* Control the consulting service process quality;

* Training plan for Researcher & push the researcher to search talents;

* Develop and maintain relationship with clients;

* Help candidates to building career development and maintain relationship longtime.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or above, overseas experience is preferred;

* Minimum 5 years working experience as a consultant in consulting firm or in multination company;

* Have good relationship with society, especially in IT, Finance, FMCG, Real Estate, Chemical industry, which GloBoLe focus on;

* Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills;

* Good command of English, both spoken and written, is essential;

* Strong learning and communication skill, capability to work under pressure and to be a leader.
