Job Responsibilities:
1. Research and development of technical approaches and specifications, including the designs and qualification on the materials products of the plasma etch chambers. 技术方法和规范的研究与发展，包括对等离子体刻蚀材料产品的设计和评估.
2. Research and development of coating deposition process, leading to the preparation and characterization on the chamber materials and components. 涂层沉积工艺的研究和发展，主导材料和部件进行制备及鉴定.
3. Management, maintenance and trouble shooting on the facilities, to support the Lab activities on the process productivity, the R&D project, and the new product development. 对设备进行管理、维护以及故障排除，支持实验室的活动，研发，新产品开发及有关工作.
4. Provide metrology and methodology supporting on the surface modification and identification, morphology and composition analysis, tests on erosion, Vbd, and resistivity, etc. 运用实验技术和方法进行表面改性鉴定，组织及成分分析，进行腐蚀实验，Vbd及电阻率测定等等.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong technical capability on the characterization of the composition, morphology, structure and properties of materials or material products. 材料或材料产品的成分，形貌，组织和性能具有很强的技术鉴定能力.
2. Diverse problem solving and trouble shooting skills - demonstrated ability to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues with minimal supervision. 能够解决和排除各种技术故障——具有独立解决复杂工艺和工程设备等问题的能力.
3. Ability to acquire skills necessary to assembly, service and troubleshoot process equipment. 具备必要的装配技能，服务技能和排除工艺设备故障的技能.
4. Capable to work with external and internal partners in a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities. 具有团队精神，能够和不同部门合作，以解决不同条件下的技术问题.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 具有很好的读写能力.
6. Bachelor and above in science or engineering fields related to Analytical and Applying chemistry, Material science, Physical chemistry, Chemical engineering, ...本科及本科以上，且专业为科学或工程领域相关的如分析与应用化学，材料科学，物理化学，化学工程等
7. A minimum 1 year experience in semiconductor or vacuum coating is also the extra plus. 在半导体行业或真空镀膜行业有至少1年的工作经验者优先考虑
