Responsibilities:
1. Act as professional consultant and supporter for expats and local foreign employees about visa & permits applications, shipment and house-hunting, schooling, home flight & medical insurance etc. in China.
2. Control and monitor the benefits application and usage for expats and local foreign employees.
3. Responsible for expats and local foreign employees’ data maintenance and update in HR system. Responsible for expats and local foreign employees contract & personal-file management.
4. Provide necessary information to Compensation & Benefits team or external tax provider to ensure smooth monthly/yearly IIT issue.
5. Deliver orientation to expats and local foreign employees. Set up supplier based service frame. Interface with Porsche Germany HR international mobility team.
6. Consolidate international mobility guideline, policy & implement related process if any updated policy.
7. Fully support general HR Processes of Porsche China & other Porsche legal entities, especially in the field of Compensation & Benefits, performance and HR Consultation & Operation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, English
2. At least 3 years’ working experience in HR field including minimum 2 years’ experience in international mobility/Compensation & Benefits/Operation
3. Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
4. Skilled in MS Office, Lotus Notes
5. Good command of both oral and written English & Chinese
