Our client is an international Architecture and Interior Design firm in Australia, China and Vietnam. They are working on various projects worldwide covering a wide range of sectors involved in hotel, resort & villa, retail, corporate etc. They are looking for potential and strong experience Senior Interior designers with hotel projects experience to join their team.

Job Duties:
Understand the structural requirements of the plans, life safety issues, building codes and other technical aspects
Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors as required and directed by Project Manager or Project Director
Understand and have working knowledge of materials and products that will be used to create and furnish the space and how texture, colour, lighting and other factors combine and interact to make a space
Prepare work drawings and assist with specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment and millwork; create sample boards; knowledgeable in the areas of building construction, building materials, specifications, codes, technical drawing and business practices

Requirement:
Minimum 7 years working experience in interior design field
Experience to hospitality projects
Strong technical skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup/3D Max, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite)
Understand the design process and able to comprehend the client's needs and goals
Well-developed time management and organizational skills required to undertake multiple projects or facets of various projects
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and communication)
