职位描述：
Tasks:
- To advise our domestic and international industrial clients, consisting of both corpo-rations and SMEs
- To manage project teams and lead them to success
- To analyze our clients’ business processes, identify potential for improvement from a cost-benefit point of view, and shape the future process organization
- To refine, in the role of project manager, the client’s organization while also over-seeing the required changes
- To reorganize and define IT systems environments and architectures, thereby giving our clients a competitive advantage
- To use technology benchmarks and market analyses to identify appropriate product-neutral IT systems (e.g. ERP or PDM systems)
- To work with the selected system vendors in a process-oriented manner to ensure the success of our client projects

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IT Management
- Excellent knowledge of project management and/or of managing employees
- Very good knowledge of the business processes in your respective industry and of the system field
Advanced knowledge of at least one established ERP system (SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.) or PDM system (Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP PLM, etc.)
- Very good master’s degree in information management, computer science, or other technical or business field
- Individual success in the area of organizational change
- Business fluent English and an ability to think entrepreneurially
- Team player, leadership skills, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of German is prefer-able
- Excellent result-oriented problem solving skills
- Good team spirit, self-motivation, and cross-cultural capabilities
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and to work at client sites 举报 分享
