Job Requirement:
1. Monitor financial operation functions
2. Establish new and updated customer profiles
3. Responsible for timely and accurate completion of work product
4. Create, establish and implement policies and procedures for area of responsibility
5. Creates and prepares reports
6. Anticipate the needs of customer (s) and plan to meet them individually or through others
7. Develop business with existing customers by recognizing and initiating opportunities
8. Foster cross-functional interdependent relationships to achieve business results
9. Identify opportunities and risks associated with changes in the external environment, looking forward for the current year
10. Implement changes to and maintain procedures and policies
11. Ensure that appropriate documentation, implementation and communication of established policy, procedures and operating standards is completed for area of responsibility. Regularly monitors and evaluates activities to identify potential risks and issues of non-compliance. Participates or may lead risk assessment for their area of responsibility and escalates potential issues to higher management.
12. Overall credit control responsibility.
13. Act as a contact window for local regulators.
14. Work closely with business parterners.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting
2. 8 or More years’ experience in Insurance will be a plus
3. Highly developed communication and customer service skills
4. In depth knowledge of alternative dispute resolution techniques
5. Ability to set priorities and work independently
6. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
7. In depth understanding of insurance concepts and coverage including policy issuance, premium audits, accounting systems and premium processing
8. Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
9. Rich experience and skills in credit control.
10. Good written and spoken English is required.
