岗位职责:

Responsibility:

? Prioritize & coordinate request for general IT & HIS support in the IT helpdesk system.
? Responsible for the user satisfaction rate of IT service, measure IT performance accurately, balance end-user expectations and satisfaction.
? Monitor and initiate daily workflow of user support.
? Ensure that all user issues are resolved within established guidelines and that users receive the highest level of customer service
? Respond to telephone calls and e-mail messages including the process of logging calls and messages, provide assistance, initiate referrals, implement escalations, and provides follow-up with users
? Provide hands-on help to users using troubleshooting procedures & techniques, guidance, instruction and other actions as required
? Assist in overseeing regularly scheduled testing and review of hardware and software to ensure potential problems are identified at earliest possible point and takes or recommends appropriate action to resolve problems
? Manage user access privileges of all IT system
? Implement and monitor all end user related security procedures, ensure they are complied with information security policies
? Provide on call service to end user after work, and can be on site when the situation is critical
? Develop and draw up IT documents to share with staff
? Provide IT training to end users, including HIS and all related IT system.


Other Duties Performed

? Performs other relevant duties as assigned by Clinic managers
? Expected minimum closure rate of issues is 90% and will be reviewed weekly using the user support log analysis
? Annual review will be based on: customer service survey results, compliance with user support policies and procedures, and follow-through ability

Skills:

? Strong interpersonal phone and e-mail skills
? Ability to function effectively in a hectic and stressful environment
? Ability to multi-task and follow through with user requests for assistance
? Must possess strong, documented attention to details and customer satisfaction
? MCSE or CCNA is preferred
? Good spoken and written English
? Good communications skills

Knowledge:

? Strong knowledge of the IT environment including industry terminology, particularly windows 2008/2012 server and AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.
? Strong knowledge of MS Exchange 2010/2013; MS Win7/Win10; MS Office2010/2013. IE browser and SMS
? Knowledge of Citrix and VMware
? Knowledge of Linux OS
? A working knowledge of networking particularly TCP/IP, switch and router.
? Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is preferred.
? HIS support experience is preferred
