To manage local partnerships with agencies, headhunters, job boards, talent research companies and specialized suppliers.
+To develop a local talent management strategy with the wider team to focus on internal succession and recruitment of external junior & senior talent (talent pools) and lead the implementation on a local level and link this strategy with identification/attraction of talents and their development.
+In collaboration with HR Manager to identify areas of risk in succession for the business, and pro-actively ensure succession and filling in of roles by internal and external talents in case of a vacancy.
+To enter recruitment requisitions on recruitment system and ensure all approvals are in place prior to commencing recruitment process
+To discuss expectations + required competencies with recruiting managers to ensure a full understanding of the role is obtained prior to starting to source candidates (drafting and posting advertisements)
+To ensure that a comprehensive job description as well as clear short-listing criteria is in place for all roles prior to commencing recruitment
+To ensure that candidate management processes are in place and actively used e.g. acknowledging applications, decline after interview.
+To proactively screen resumes before submitting to Recruiting Manager + interview short-listed candidates to ensure the four-eye principle so interviews are conducted as per working instructions
+To deliver Recruitment + Selection Skills Training
+To ensure any required testing and background checking is completed as per Working Instructions
+To extend offer to selected candidate and generate required documentation – employment contract, allowances letter etc and obtain signature of candidate and/or liaise with Shared Service Centre
+To complete Exit Interviews as per Working Instructions + provide quarterly report to Local and Cluster Management
+To complete Attrition Reports until such time as this task is moved to the SSC.
职位要求:
+Bachelor degree with HR or above
+5 years or above experence in HR field is prefer
+Strong understanding of various Recruitment tools and practices in the market
+Strong verbal and written communication skills
+Experience with use of relevant Social Media in Talent Sourcing
+Experience with Employer Branding
+Fluent in English
