Reports to: Finance Manager, China
Department: Finance
Location: Shanghai, China

Position Mission
The primary purpose of this role is to provide solid accounting functional to the whole company.
This role will act as the interface between the Beam Suntory China and Beam Global Asia GBS team, who are responsible for providing “back office” finance support to the Beam Suntory China.
Responsibilities
Golden Tax system management
? Validation of Billing document in SAP
? Purchase VAT invoices from Tax bureau
? Issue VAT invoices/return extra according to SAP system information
? Feedback all the data from Golden tax system to SAP
? Coordinate with outside consultant complete monthly tax reporting
? Stamp duty calculation and submit
? Input VAT(all types) management including validate those invoice to Golden tax system

Cash Claim management
? Concur system management
? Validate all T&E documents from employees, ensure complete and accurate accounting records base on company policy.
? Physical filing related documents
? Cash demand forecast from other departments

Electronic and Physical Archiving

? Use Readsoft to archive all documents related to account booking
? Use document NO. to archive all documents related to account booking and prepare proper index on Sharefolder

Back up and Others
? As a backup for Senior Finance coordinator
? Fixed assets management including capital forecast/budget and physical counting and record.
? Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications & Experience
? Degree qualified with finance or accounting qualification and relevant experience.
? Minimum of 2 years finance experience.
? Systems/software – experience in using Microsoft Excel (essential) as well as ERP systems (preferable).
? Cross Functional Working – work potentially support Senior Finance coordinator and can be a back u.
? Stakeholder Engagement and Management – Demonstrated experience in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders, building mutually beneficial, profit-focused business relationships.
