Job Title: HR Intern

Responsible for administration of employee benefits, daily management on employee database and personnel document, Employee Communication and assisting on HR activities

1. Responsible for maintaining Personnel Document.
2. Process all status changes including terminations, open enrollments and internal transfer.
3. Assists in preparing materials and in presenting benefit plan changes to employees
4. Handle medical insurance and supplemental medical insurance claim procedures for employees
5. Communicating with local government on the issues of Personnel Document Management, Social Insurance Management and etc.
6. Employee Communication Support on Employee Communication such as Employee Activities, foreign nationality Family Day and etc.

Education/experience
1. Computer proficiency (i.e. Windows-based applications, MS Office, Internet, etc.)
2. CET 4 and above is preferred

Job Title: Corporate Affairs Intern (Legal Department)

Key Duties:
1. Book meeting rooms / File docs / Paper works and other admin job;
2. Translation work;
3. Legal research on various issues;
4. Communication with governmental agencies for policy consultation;
5. Take care of other matters related to License / Corporate Affairs with authorities;
6. Liaise with branches to deal with all administration affairs related to business license and qualifications;
7. Draft and prepare legal documents including but not limited to POA, board resolutions for subsidiary company/branches’ incorporation;
8. Deal with other urgent cases.

Requirement:
1. Legal background;
2. Good English reading and writing skills and translation skills;
3. Communication skills with government.








Job Title: Sales& Marketing Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Documents translation work – (English to Chinese, Chinese to English) – very important that the person is highly skilled in English.
2. Filing and Recording Documents.
3. Coordination with different departments and branches.
4. Other support is required

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good spoken and written English
2. Good communication skills
3. Good team member
4. Familiar with Office tools
5. Have a can-do attitude and resourcefulness
6. 5 working days per week at least during the vacation; 2-3 working days per week at least during the semester
7. Be available for at least six months
8. Major in Marketing or have marketing experience
