- Responsible for overall maintenance and development of factory facility, tools and systems, including installation and /or repair, ensure the factory operated with high reliability & Safety. Take care that needed spare parts are available.
- Communicate with master planner regularly and defining maintenance schedule and budget, and implement the maintenance according to plan and budget.
- Manage and supervise the maintenance engineers work, training the team and subcontractors.
- Manage the annual mainteance agreement with subcontractor. Supervise the external suppliers mainteance work in factory, ensure the supllier work with safe, good quality and in time.
- Secure safe operation of facilities, equipment and maintenance personnel.
- Take part in factory investment projects as needed.Involve in design or modifications of new and existing equipment,supervise site installation/ modification work and ensure the safety and quality.
- Develop and update the detailed mainteance task list for all existing and new equipment.
- Manage all the production equipment, tool and instrument calibration and certificate progress.
- Manage the urgent trouble shooting of critical factory facility, tool and equipment, in order to shorten the production or FAT break down time.
- Manage Chinese government inspection on factory EHS, make action plan to close the findings in time if have.
- Manage fixed asset after new equipment installation or equipment upgrade, including the existing ones
- Support QEHS manager on factory EHS matters.
- Support Business Director on factory development matters.
- Factory cleanness implementation in maintenance daily work.
- Other works assigned by the production manager

- Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrcial or related field
- More than 5 years working experience in heavy industrial and marine business
- Customer service and equipment commissioning & maintenance background is preferred.
- Project management certificate or site commissioning certificate is an advantage
- SAP, Office tools, etc
