Japanese Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
2 Lead proposal preparation as major POC from China for all Insurance accounts
2 Align with India Insurance BD team
2 Connect with Onsite/Offshore team for any potential opportunity and follow up
2 Provide support for any Insurance horizontal proposal from Insurance perspective
2 Collect business development related document and manage knowledge repository
2 Periodically report business development metrics to senior management team
2 Periodically conduct market research and survey for APAC Insurance across different county and area
2 Provide support for Insurance client visiting for deck preparation etc.
2 Provide support for Non-Insurance client visiting for any information/material request
Qualifications
2 At least 8 years project experience in IT or Insurance industry
2 Strong communication skills in terms of oral and writing for both Japanese and English
2 Good planning skills and self management
2 Good interpersonal skills with different kind of team and people
2 Basic domain knowledge of life insurance
2 Solid knowledge of project management and client expectation control
2 Positive thinking, self-motivated and team player
2 Flexible to travel for short term
