任职要求：
Slow Boat is a family-run brewery with deep roots in Chinese and American traditions. Slow Boat Brewery began in 2009 when two Americans, Daniel Hebert and Chandler Jurinka, met and bonded over their shared longing for the beers they grew up drinking in the states. Today, Slow Boat is a leader in the Chinese craft beer industry producing and distributing an impressive array of bottled and draught beers.
Management is seeking an upbeat, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to create and execute marketing strategies which drive revenue growth.This person will coordinate all communications and marketing projects throughout the brewery and taproom. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, plus superior attention to detail.
The Marketing Manager must have the ability to move multiple projects forward and the marketing sense to foresee and create opportunities in the marketing of Slow Boat Brewery. Self motivation, confidence, energy and creativity are essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the role of Communication Manager, Community, Events Coordinator and successfully execute marketing and communications projects Graphic design for point of sale, event, promotion and related materialDevelop and maintain a strategic plans based on marketplace needs and consumer satisfaction Develop and implement a strategic vision for the all Slow Boat Brewery brands and ensure consistent expression of brands through all communications, including with new product developments - These brands include Slow Boat Brewery, Slow Boat Brewery Taproom, retail branding and futureSlow Boat Brewery venturesSuccessfullyachieve marketing, communications and public relations objectives, goals and ensure evaluation systems are in place to monitor success Develop short and long term departmental plans and budgets, monitor progress, ensure adherence and evaluate outcomes Keep informed of developments in the field for continued relevance and innovation Conduct post-analysis of major marketing initiatives to determine financial effectiveness and efficiency Ensure effective communication of objectives and progress across various departmentsPerform continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends Ensure marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing and communications team Work with the sales team to meet their objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, presentations, etc. Coordinate the appearance and use of all corporate print and electronic materials such as letterhead, logos, brochures, etc.
 Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field

      “悠航”二字得名于美国上世纪20年代的一首老歌 （中文译意：开往中国的慢船），而“悠航”的中文发音很像老钱（Chandler）祖父名字Johann的发音，融合着美国乡情，又满满的中国情结。2012年冬天，悠航在北京东城区东四八条胡同成立了东四直营店——悠航东四店（SLOW BOAT BREWERY TAPROOM）。四年后，悠航在三里屯开设了第二家旗舰直营店 （SLOW BOAT BREWERY BREWPUB），店内共三层，占地700平米带户外座位。悠航旗舰店位于三里屯心脏地带，店内简约工业风设计，落地大窗，阳光充足，眼观四周，车水马龙，静坐其中，细品精酿，尽享美食。悠航三里屯店内还拥有舒适卡座、每层独立吧台，环境惬意、菜品地道而稳定、亲切的服务和合理的餐食价格是亲朋小酌畅聊，家庭聚餐的理想场所。2019年6月7日悠航鲜啤灯市口店（SLOW BOAT DENGSHIKOU TAPROOM) 正式开业！交通十分便捷，比邻北京地铁5号线灯市口站A出口，转角便能找到它！临近柏树胡同，让各位到来的朋友都能在此感受到北京浓浓的人情味！拥有着近50个室内座位和惬意的户外空间！它不仅是您上下班路上的一个休息驿站，也是朋友小聚的绝佳之选。
