Position Overview / Purpose:
? Record and follow up all projects of sales department to improve the effectiveness of sales force
? Collect and record all regions’ implantation information and analysis key accounts data for regional sales managers
? Maintain the salesforce system for whole China customer facing team to make sure all function team are aligned with the same direction and keep up with the latest market information
? Facilitate the local tender project to win more business

Accountabilities:
? Accountability 1: Record and follow up all projects of sales department to improve the effectiveness of sales force:
? Record all projects of sales department and check on progress for effective implementation and make it easy to check.
? Facilitate local projects to go through internal SOP for sales person and file them to record
? Provide monthly and quarterly sales analysis to keep whole team members know the sales progress
? Monitor the internal training program and check on progress and provide summary to internal team
? Monitor the distributors training program and check on progress to improve the completion rate.
? Accountability 2: Collect and record all regions’ implantation information and analysis key accounts data for regional sales managers
? Collect the implantation record cards from all regions and type the information into recording system.
? Provide key account analysis quarterly to help RSM to revise the key account plan
? Complete the professional tailored report for key accounts to meet the request form clinic

? Accountability 3: Maintain the salesforce system for whole China customer facing team
? Clean the raw data in the salesforce from Oracle system
? Put the sales data into system to make all function team know the sales progress through salesforce.
? Manage the organization accounts in salesforce, including add new organization account and merge repeated professional accounts.
? Provide function team report and regional report to manager team weekly

? Accountability 4: Facilitate the local tender project to win more business:
? Facilitate the local tender project such as prepare the bidding document

? Accountability 5: Other responsibilities:
? Provide sales department meeting minute.
? Actively collet the weekly report and monthly report from whole team and make a team report for manager
? Actively collect and keep high level, competition and industry information.

Key Incumbent Requirements:
? 3+ year working experience in sales assistant or data analysis
? A degree in Information management and system or business related discipline.
? Microsoft office skills and database analysis skill are must.
? Good reading and writing English skill is definitely required.
? Experience on website designing or H5 application designing will get additional score
? A team player as well as a quick learner
? Strong analytical skill and good communication skill.
? The ability to work under pressure across many boundaries
