Responsibilities:

-Be responsible
for all issues involving the customers such as
pricing,profitability,contract and give support to quality and delivery
of product

-Be responsible for account penetration and growth of IEE's sales of current and future products

-Follow up on competition activities with dedicated stratety

-Ensure that ongoing programs and customer expectations are being met

-Keep internal
coordination of all account related activities
including marketing,program management, new product development, and
application engineering

Requirements:

-Majoring in: Engineer/electronic or technique back ground

-From automotive field with 3 years work experience(depends on
his/her quality can be 2 years).

-Project management and Engineering background is preferable

-Must be good at English. German & Japanese can be regarded as a plus.

-Show strong organizational skills, pay attention to detail and a proactive approach

-Be able to integrate in an international environment

-Having Leading skills, persuasive and persistent
