? Responsible for preparation of the assembly line work instruction, in charge of the improvement of assembly process;
? Responsible for process quality control of production;
? Responsible for quality control of raw materials, supplier quality management;
? Responsible for production line operator training and job skills assessment;
? Responsible for preparation of 5S standard and implementation.

? Process engineer background in foreign-funded company, familiar with mechanical and electrical products assembly;
? Familiar with 5S, JIT, Lean Production;
? PQC work experience;
? IE background or work experience is more better;
? Good English writing and speaking skills;
? Good communication and cooperation.
