职位描述：
岗位职责:

BPDT(Business Process Design Team)
-Design, develop and implement Business Solution (End User Computing) to meet business users’ requirements
-Provide UAT, training and production support to users. Prepare project specifications including user requirement, test plan, user guide, etc.
-Analyze and provide proper solution to streamline the existing manual processes for operation
-Primary responsible for the quality of own deliverable;
-Escalate for any support incident / risk issues which may have potential client/business/regulatory/financial impact;
-Closely communicate with managers & BPs for the projects / support issue.
-Provides day to day support for internal users and clients of various end user computing. Handles and records queries and problems responding within agreed SLAs.
-Monitor daily End User Computing / system performance and enhancement project and liaise with IT management for any performance and resource issue
-Propose recommendation and seek supporters
-Work with teammates and cross teams in on shore and off shore service centers on business solution project and support.
-To implement the operational risk management policies and controls in the relevant processes
-To assist in manage operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting

任职资格:

-Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related discipline
-Experiences in fund/accounting or relative industry with demonstrated interest in business analysis, system development and support
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programming and automation (VBA in MS Access and Excel)
-Good problem solving and analytical skills, ability to find logical solutions to problems and customer focus
-Project management skill and experience in IT project management role would be a plus.
-Evidence of good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
-Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill to deal with customers
-Eager to learn and strive for continuous improvement. Analytical to enhance system and procedures
-Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment
-High integrity and professionalism
-Assertive, with a positive attitude and an open mind
-Willingness to learn new system, business processes and product knowledge
-Multi-tasking with ability to independently prioritize workload without impacting the deliverables. Highly organized.
-Demonstrate the level of commitment and the time management skills necessary to achieve deadlines and should be continuously improving development process and procedures
-Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-Flexible to work shifts, provide holiday support and travel when required.
-Rotating shift is required for individual sub-team
