Job Responsibility
1. Plan and develop supply chain and operational overall work capital analysis, projection of deviation vs actual.
2. Consistently monitor end-to-end working capital inventory across supply chain and distribution network
3. Work alongside suppliers and manufacturing partners to digital track and record material flow; anticipate future inventory required and shortages, applied digital software tools to improve accuracy and efficiency
4. Ensure that product stock is well allocated across distribution channels without excessive surplus
5. Manage activities associated with defective and/or inaccurate materials excess & obsolete, supply oversight with appropriate risk mitigation strategies
6. Establish set of KPIs and continuously improve Integrate working capital management processes by closely working with finance, planning, suppliers to reduce overall company costs Create working capital budgets and targets, and monitor overall performance
7. Motivate and influence internal and external employees to stay on-task and achieve challenging goals, Develop insight action plans, complete with tasks, events and measurements. Identify resources required and task assignments assigned across all divisions.
8. Design, Recommend, develop, implement and maintain high standard reporting for business reports. Customize and automate end user reports using SQL or Visual Basic.
9. Communicate results of key measurement with users. Co-work and recommend actions and provide guidance on supply chain and operational obstacles.
10. Prepare and document detailed SOP for future enhancement, bridge user requirements with IT, BI departments or relevant partners.
11. Handle ad-hoc projects, reports, presentation or work assignments that may be assigned by the line manager in the areas of Supply chain and Commercial Operation
12. Work with supply chain team and finance team to develop and build assumptions for annual working capital plan;
13. Review monthly scorecard, track, analyze and manage working capital across all divisions;
14. Be business partner for finance, accounting and commercial team. Prepare all kind of working capital analysis and report including Inventory, AR, AP, OpEx, CapEx and cost synergy, identify working capital positive or negative impact on business in term of total cost ownership perspective
15. Prepare Monthly/Quarterly working capital cost report for manager’s review;
16. Perform inventory category/ABC analysis and projection across business units for weekly reporting
17. Working with BU planning and purchase leaders/finance, design future E&O calculation and monthly report, design working capital balance and weekly report
18. Working with BU commercial/finance, understand the inventory value proposition and reporting, such as GIT/Demo/Consignment

Requirement
1. 6+ years of experience in working capital, cost analysis, inventory management and simulation for Supply Chain or commercial operations within a large multinational manufacture company.
2. Hyperion Enterprise and ERP system (e.g. SAP, JDE knowledge, Business Warehouse and BI experience is preferred.
3. Advanced level / skill in Microsoft Access /Excel database Macro; Powerpoint, Minitab etc Proficient Experience in SQL or Visual Basic is preferred
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese
5. Analytical with attention to details and Well organized and initiatives
6. Strong willingness to study in diversified functions
7. Self-motivated; proactive, high bias for action.
8. Bachelor’s degree with in Accounting , Finance, IT, Mathematics/Applied Statistics or Operations
9. Supply chain or relevant working experience is plus
10. APICS CPIM certification is plus
