职位描述
1. Develop branch strategy to optimize the channels efficiency and effectiveness
2. Develop branch network planning and identify areas of opportunities to maximize sales opportunity
3. Design and implement different branch models to fit for the biz growth
4. Develop Branch "Single Captain" scorecard and KPI
5. Manage and administer budget planning for Branch Channel Development
6. Prepare MIS reports on branch perform analysis, highlight findings and recommendations to Management
7. Overlook branch projects (new branch setup/renovation/relocation)
8. Coordinate non-PFS DM projects in terms of T&O and concerned Channels initiatives to ensure the delivery.
