职位描述

For a dynamic French automotive supplier, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.

He will report to the Managing Director of China.

Responsibilities

1. Daily customer business management, develop and obtain new business opportunities and project. Support to start the new project.
2. Built good relationship and communication with customer, deal with customer's complaint timely and flexibly, comprehend customer's special requirement. Enhance customer satisfaction with the company.
3. Positive attitude to negotiate with customer including all kind of business question.
4. Make customer's business plan and budget. Ensure and track accounts receivable due to expiration.
5. Collect and report customer information. Ensure and report rival's business activity at the client.

Experience 5-10 YEARS in automotive industry and at least 3 years as Sales Engineer.
Education Engineer in mechanics or automotive or aeronautics. The utmost would be a specialization in Sales after his studies of Engineering
