Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Selling oriented in MNCs customers relationship management and development.
2. Collect customer/market requirements from internal and external sources (customers, prospects, sales personnel, etc.), Work with Sales tea members, as well as partners to identify customer need, requirement, and competitive positioning.
3. Work with Sales account team to project Sales Revenue forecast.
4. Capture new sales opportunities, either directly from customers or indirectly from Sales partners, build customer relationship and help sales account team fulfill sales target.
5. Manage virtual team for signing sales contract
6. Overall manage customer pipeline and channels pipeline, reduce risks of relying on single channel. ? Work with Product marketing team to perform market and competition analysis
7. Introduce IT service products of UST to other organizations and to customers
8. Developing, implementing and executing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
9. Synchronization with corporate and long-term strategies, Engineering for scoping and design of solutions to product requirements, Customer Service and Account Management for product-related customer issues

Requirements:
1. Degree or above in Business / Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
2. +5 years sales experience in ITO/BPO / Application/ System Integration fields with at least 3 years working experience in management level
3. Experience in handling MNCs firms across Great China will be required.
4. Fully understanding about responsibility of Key Account Development
5. Familiar with Senior Management Level of MNCs customers in China or Asia Pacific
6. Know how IT environment runs in typical enterprises
7. Self motivated and commitment to achieve sales targets
8. Aggressive, result-oriented with excellent selling and presentation skills
9. Mature, detail minded & with a strategic approach at a senior management level
10. Strong IT and business acumen
11. Good command in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
